The Special K Diet
The Special K diet is a low calorie diet that features this Kellogg's cereal as its main event.
This program is only supposed to last two weeks, but Special K for every breakfast AND lunch for that long could get very old! This diet's weight loss magic is in it's low calories (just shy of 1600 calories per day). The menu is very easy to follow. However, the cereal itself is low in fiber and high on the glycemic index. Blood sugar spikes are not helpful to anyone!
Most likely, any weight lost on this diet would return quickly.
NOT recommended for diabetics.
