Your choices are pretty restricted on this diet and so are your calories. Maybe too restricted. You might have trouble staying on this diet over the long-term. The Reverand George Malkmus authors the book on this diet.
In his book, he mixes the benefits of raw food and vegan diets with his brand of theology and some good old fashioned "buy my diet products" salesmanship.
His diet will be helpful to one with type II diabetes, but why not just research raw foods and vegan diets without the added twists?
